Pre-Feasibility Study

A Pre-Feasibility Study for a greenfield airport is an initial strategic assessment conducted to evaluate the project's overall viability before significant resources are committed. It examines critical factors such as technical infrastructure requirements, estimated financial costs, market demand, regulatory compliance, and environmental impacts. The goal is to provide an early indication of whether the proposed airport project should proceed to more detailed planning and investment stages. Our team of experts brings decades of experience in conducting comprehensive feasibility studies for airports and helipads. Our reports are built on rigorous research and provide valuable insights and recommendations across multiple key areas, including land requirements, runway orientation and dimensions, Air side and terminal building requirements and specifications, licensing requirements, coordination with civil and defense authorities, ATS route infrastructure, and the siting of communication, navigation, and surveillance systems meeting ICAO, MOCA, DGCA and AAI requirements. Additionally, we assess airport and airspace capacity and evaluate the financial viability of the project. We are committed to delivering our projects within the agreed timelines, ensuring a thorough and efficient process from start to finish

By undertaking a Pre-Feasibility Study, stakeholders can identify potential challenges and ensure the project aligns with broader organizational objectives, while avoiding unnecessary financial risks. This early-stage evaluation serves as a crucial filter to eliminate unfeasible or high-risk ideas, allowing for more informed decision-making. It also enhances risk management, optimizes resource allocation, and sets the groundwork for a successful airport development. In essence, the study offers a comprehensive overview of the project's strengths, weaknesses, and potential returns, helping to guide the next steps in the development process.
